Fabrice DELVILLE – Founder & General Manager (Belga Films Fund & Belga Productions)
After a professional career in Asia, the US and Europe with companies such as The Boston Consulting Group and Bayer HealthCare, Fabrice Delville joined Scope Invest, one of the first companies to deal with Tax Shelter, which he co-directed from April 2008 to January 2014, together with Scope Pictures, the producing branch of the company. In May 2014, when the new law concerning the tax shelter scheme was adopted by the ministry of finance, Fabrice Delville became a partner at Belga Films to create Belga Productions and Belga Films Fund, both of which he currently manages.
Trained as a legal expert at the UCL, Jérome de Béthune started off as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and specialised in Belgian and European audiovisual and media law. In 1999 he joined the RTL Group as legal advisor and moved on to being General Secretary in charge of institutional affairs and strategic development for the group. In 2011 he joined Belga Films as COO and became a partner in 2012. Today he is in charge of strategic and operational management for the Belga Films Group and all its subsidiary companies. He is CEO of Belga Films Fund and Belga Productions.
Christophe TOULEMONDE – Head of Productions & Financial Manager (Belga Films Fund & Belga Productions)
Christophe Toulemonde has a degree in media management from ESCP Europe. He began his career in Paris at Accenture as consultant in strategy and organisation. In 2006, he joined the film industry and quickly became CFO of an important Brussels-based Tax Shelter and production company. In 2011, he joined Caviar Content, a leading Belgian production company, as Finance Manager. He rapidly became responsible for the Fiction branch of the group in Belgium. He joined Belga Films Fund and Belga Productions in early 2015 as Head of Productions and Financial Manager.
Gladys BROOKFIELD-HAMPSON – Production Executive (Belga Productions)
After a degree in script writing and film analysis at the University of Brussels (ULB), Gladys entered the industry in 2002 as production assistant. In 2004 she was selected to participate in MEGA (MBS) a training program in production and audiovisual management sponsored by the European commission. She then worked for many independent production companies as production coordinator for international co-productions. In 2010 she joined Scope Pictures and specialized in the outsourcing of international productions coproduced through the Tax shelter Scheme. From 2012 to 2016, Gladys worked for Charleroi Danses (the Choreographic Centre of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation ) and produced and distributed 2 multiaward winning shows by Director Jaco Van Dormael and Choreographer Michele Anne De Mey. Gladys joined Belga Productions in 2016 as production executive.
